From woven finishes to layered yarns, this collection focuses on surface and structure. Texture is what stops a tonal room reading flat: where colour is restrained, the interest has to come from how a surface catches light, and that is a function of weave and yarn rather than pattern.
The pieces here use several approaches. Chunky weaves and ribbed constructions build depth through scale, bouclé and chenille through the yarn itself, and raised or embroidered details through contrast against a plain ground.
